Superannuation and PR holders (left Oz)

G'day all.

I left Oz 4 years ago after being granted a PR100 visa. This visa has since expired and I discovered I cannot get a residents return visa.

just a quicky. if i leave oz and cancel my pr100, can i claim all my super back? the ato website says only peeps on temporary visas can claim back super. there must be a way. im sure someone told me...

apparently certain visa holders (pr100 etc) are exempt from the 2 year waiting period for austudy. hecs is still a no go but you should be ok for austudy. if i read this site correctly anyway....

thats green ants. the horrible biting bar stewards. theyre used in the process of smoking fish by some people. make it salty and lemony kinda. so i saw on telly anyway. (it was SBS) must be true.:)

your a sweety :) the visa says, 'class BC resident. s/c100. i was granted 100 visa on 7/6/05 and must arrive 5 years after it says. i was already there when it was granted and left a few months...

OOPS! Should have looked at the label.i presume multiple travel means no need for a rrv before the visa expires. that'l teach me to drink this evil chang stuff and listen to drunken canadian...
