i meant tour operators , the prices are ridiculas now! , its goes without saying tourists are ripped off by locals , everywhere i`ve been is the same.
i take it theres alot of expats living there...

Thats why i didnt buy a second home in Lagos in the end with so many agents competing with each other , i thought the properties on offer in general where way way overpriced , especially when i spoke...

its scary the scams and tricks some of them pull , it puts you off buying overseas.

hi we just came back from lagos and thought the same , too many estate agents with unrealistic properties on there books all overpriced .
the properties we looked at in may are all still for sale...

thanks for the info , that helps alot and saves alot of wasted time , I thought of p andrax and pollencia , just need too make sure theres enough people there in the winter , portal nous and puerto...

Im going on holiday here in 2 weeks time to look at properties , does anybody know if there`s a regular bus service ,or how much a cab would cost, any help appreciated thanks.:thumbup:

Iv`e noticed loads of brand new 2 bed apts for sale in lagos !,is this lovely town now becoming overbuilt and spoilt .just concerned as that would be a great shame.

hi need help!spain and portugal!

im fully qualified in the uk as a plumber to nvq standard do i need corgi for working, in spain or portugal .
as i know they dont have gas unless in the big cities.

i didnt realise you had gas mains in portugal ,was under the impression it was calor gas bottles,and most things run off electric. cheers.
