Thanks, I am being careful as although it's alot of money to invest it does sound too good to be true! It would involve the equity in my home to pay for and I am not willing to gamble with it

Thanks for the info. 16 months sounds great as time is ticking away for me,(42yrs, so too old to train to do nursing due to the 45yr cut off for a visa).
