Thanks, yes I have both a UK and an OZ passport and will be getting the same for baby.
Makes more sense now with the RRV of its only when the pr expires.

That is quick.. I can only hope that Ours is as quick, wonder what made yours so lucky to be processed quickly. We front loaded police checks but not medicals.

Thanks, had a look at the thread so it seems around March next year as current offshore non MODLs are december that are being processed. So we'd be looking at late next year by the sound of it.

Yeah I think your right from what I've read, 136 seems better. But I'm just looking up how long it takes to be processed atm. He's applying NonModl, with pass marks.

Yeah, I know I don't need a visa just wasn't sure if was meant to fill it in, so we won't worry now. Although is there any great difference between the skilled visa and the prospective spouse one....
