just wondrin as my employer got a call but couldnt tell me exactly when....i was kinda doubtful whether it was IEAUST or DIMA...

anyways, in my case, I dont think IEAUST did any employer checks,...

What's goin on? Latest release from ASPC email says that they're processing 1 Nov to 15 Nov non-MODL applicants...how come I havent heard anything yet? And it seems I'm not alone...what's goin on???

Do newly arrived migrants qualify for HECSHELP? I think he/she needs to accumulate at least 2 yrs residency first.

uh-oh wait a minute...we submitted our app 2 mos after our wedding and i retained my maiden name as it is what's written in my passport. Thought that this shouldnt be a problem with DIMIA.

Can anybody tell me which site shows a nurse's pay in different areas of Australia? I'm particularly interested in places like Sydney or NSW.

The reason why i wanna shift into nursing is that my degree may not even be recognized in Oz. Also, electronics engg is not that in demand anymore...im only thinking about the long term benefits of...

I plan to go to a uni once I get to Oz anytime soon...my question is if Im qualified to avail the HECS-HELP scheme even if I don't yet meet the 2-yr minimum stay requirement for PR holders? If not...

I have the same concern as Nataly. I lodged our application after I got married and submitted stat dec and pictures. Im worried what dimia might ask me to prove later as we were not de facto before.
