Digital set top box from Australia to UK - will it work?

Hi, just looking for a short answer on whether anyone has brought back a high def set top box from Australia and got it working ok in uk.

There's endless technobable on google about frequencies...

jut spoke to ATO, you can either file an early tad return and attach the taxpayer leaving form for early processing providing your employer can supply details for you or just wait until July and do...

Just spoken to Passports and then immigration so I can get some closure on this..

This is certain, if you are an Australian Citizen due dual citizenship:

1. It is "preferred" to exit Australia...

cheers, so can you get your tax rebate early for this financial year? Assumed I would have to wait until July at least as wont have wages stuff from employer....

I'm pretty sure the answer to this is "yes", but we're returning to UK from Australia and have citizinship....

I dont see the value in getting Australian passports before we return to uk ($600+)...

Aussie gas camping equipment

Hi, has anyone brought back aussie camping equipment, eg stoves, lanterns and used them ok...I brought my uk bbq out here and got an adapter and works fine just wondered if any issues coming back...

Hi, I've heard you can now get DAB (digital audio broadcast) radio in Brisbane...whoo hoo...getting into the nineties at last!!

However, just dusted off my UK DAB radio bought about 5 years ago...

thanks, but still confused...are you now saying mutlipliers are better as beach casters...before you said fixed spool.but now saying the pools are too small?.sorry if I have lost the plot....

I have only seen the overhead reels used for boat fishing here not distance casting as I understand this is difficult and you need to do...
