Value based on what? Something is only worth what someone else is prepared to pay for it. If you had turned down equally good higher offers than you can justifiably say that you sold it for alot...

If you really want to sell it would be much better to give priority to letting the agents bring would-be buyers round whenever they want. In this market people who can't see a house when they want...
