You have no way to be granted 16 points for your English, if there is no improvement in the test in the future. It is not a big deal to obtain 7 if you have a score of 6, but ensure that your band 7...

It is not so clear under the published regulations and manuals, but I am sure you should have 5 points for having worked in Canada for at least 1 year, which I think it can make you more than 75...
