We posted our police and meds 4 1/2 months ago. Reading carefully the letter sent with medical forms, Sydney can take "up to three months" checking your meds, but we haven't heard a word since then

"I am now the person handling your application"

It means that if you have included any IELTS results as proof of your/your family English language skills, you must arrange for the test centre to forward an official copy of those results directly...
