for curiosity was the visa officer called <name removed>, and at the end of the letter did it say thank you for your interest in canada.

Hi Andrew caution was issued 3years ago and a uk law solicitor has stated it is not a criminal conviction nor sentennce and is effectively spent when issued.

Sorry again have looked at the canadian law and the only thing i can find similar in relation to a police caution would be a summary offense and i would be inadmissable if 2 summary offenses any...

I no this has been asked many many times but the answer has always been no.
Does anybody Know of any one getting refused for a UK Police Caution, no fine nor sentence emposed just police arrest...

between $1900-$4000 insurance is pretty damn expensive, some dont even want to no about your past experience from uk and some wont even insure you unless you have a ontario g license.

yes you automatically come rehabilitated after 5 years when you receive your license back. as long as you did not go to jail etc. so your conviction will become automatically spent.

sorry to be giving some bad news but when we went for some medicals the doctor said he new some one who got refused because of drink driving dont know the circumstances. but he asked to do his meds...

i think you count 5 years from when you get your license back,so if you got banned say in dec2001 and got a 12 month ban then after dec 2002 count 5 years so you would be ok in dec 2007 something...

no chc would not reject your application, that is very normal letter from an employer. you could also prove you worked there by bank statements/pay slips etc. also if you know a work colleague there...

hi there are aor is march 15 completed meds beginning oct.
the extra info london requested was proof of funds, p60, 3months of bank statements,pcs.
its really making us depressed how much longer...
