ECAS after landing?

hello everybody :)

just out of curiosity, I tried to login to my ecas and I found out that i can't do that anymore! landed 6 months ago...is that the case w/ anybody outhere?

Proof of funds

Is it allright if I will carry 10000 USD in cash with me as a proof of funds once I land (instead of a bank statement or travelers checks)?

I know for example I can't land in Quebec and I was just wondering if it is an issue with their authorities if non-Quebec selected immigrants wants to fly out...

I am planning to land in Ottawa the next month or two. I intend to stay there for couple of days, then I am flying out of Canada through Montreal...is there any issue with that?
