If he writes a letter then there is no guarnatee that he will get 16 points. His first language is not English so he is best to take IELTS. I have friends in Canada, Graduating from Canadian...

International students coming to study for more than 6 months need to go through medical examination. In your case, ur MEDS for PR was sufficient

I am confused that why Authorized person other than one on CIC file will get censored CAIPS? In both cases, the Applicant is authorizing to obtain information on his behalf.

I applied again in Oct 2003 and got my PR visa in Jan 2006. I am now writing full membership exam of CSIC in Sept 2007 to become authorized immig consultant :)

The points were lowered from 75 to 67 in Sept 2003 and my application was refused in June 2003

If your documents reached after the Initial Assessment and decision is made, then CHC can refuse to open the file. Mr Miller is very experienced Immigration consultant and i m sure he will...

Hi,

Sorry to hear of your rejection. I am positive that the case cannot be reassessed because the decision is already made. The case can only be reopened if there is an assessment error from them....
