Default Mr. Miller: Please Reply

Finally, I received a letter from Buffalo asking for my PP and three photos. Since my medicals are already expired (I did my medical test in Septemebr 2004) and they never asked me to do a new one, When will be the latest time that I can land Quebec after receiving my visa? How much time do they usually give the applicant for landing in these cases that medicals are exipred? (I live in USA and
am a Quebec immigrant)

If letter didn't indicate validity of visa then most likely you will get 2 to 3 months for landing.

Hi,

My medicals were expired in Sept 2005 and i recently got my visa which is valid until end of march 2006. So you will get around 2 months but please dont delay and send ur passport ASAP. I personally went to buffalo from uk to get my visa in person and landed on same day

Good luck

regards

A freind of mine recently got his PPR, his medicals were expired in october 05. He was visiting home country and he got his PPR when he returned to US this month. His family is still back home. He Send CIC Buffalo a letter to inform that it will be few weeks before he could send the Passport for stamping as his family is not here yet. Yesterday he got the reply that his medicals has been extended untill april 06, he must finish the process before that otherwise there will be considerable delays.
I guess Buffalo extended his medicals for 6 more months after october.
