GOT IT TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Passport request received, so that's just over three months from posting application for the UK (regular mail, not courier) to receiving PPR!

Thanks, sounds like the same letter as us, only we didn't get a date stamp. However, have looked a bit more closely and there's a tiny "AOR letter 02/05" on the bottom of the French side! Odd, but...

Maybe CHC London have sent out a letter but it's gotten lost along the way. (Never trust Royal Mail, right?)

What does e-cas say? We're now 'in process' under the PR section in...

Well, I could be way off base here! I'm just going by what I've seen on a few differnent sites, seems to be three months from sending application to getting passport back when you're going family...
