We almost have the same timeline. We landed on June 7th and received both our PR and SIN cards less than a month later.

Finally Landed!!!

I finally landed on June 7, 2005 via the Ambassador Bridge and I am now here in Ontario. The landing process took about 30 minutes and everything went smoothly. The Customs Officer didn't even open...
