Divorce before FBI check clears

Already posted once, please excuse the re-iteration. Just could use some advice if anyone knows about this type of situation.

1) Married a UK citizen
2) Had AOS interview 3 months ago. Approved...

thanks all. i've decided not to seek some petty revenge. we'll get the divorce plain and simple, no UCSIS involved, and after her card is expired, it's up to her to figure out a new plan.

Sorry, I mean she was approved in our AOS interview for the 2 year green card, pending the security check.

I would say that she lead me to believe that we were in love and should get married. But now she has her green card, she has left me. Therefore "fradulent"?

once you have your Green Card (conditional or otherwise) that's it, you're free to come and go as your please. No AP papers, no EAD needed. You even get to go through the "Permanant Residents" line...

not necessarily. according to the ucsis website applying for AP only requires "An emergent personal or bona fide reason to travel temporarily abroad." Emergent meaning only "prominant" or...

we just picked up EAD last week. About 90 days as well.... No AP yet. That's the biggie as we already bought tickets to fly (yeah, yeah. I know.) Hoping AOS interview in 3 weeks will nullify...

Just curious. We're in Los Angeles, our lawyer filed everything for AOS two months ago, all the checks we wrote for UCSIS cleared about 1 month ago.
