It is six months from the date of the medical and they will tell you exactly what date you have to arrive in Oz.

Do CDs get damaged by heat in transport?

Just a quick question - I've heard that the containers get very hot on the boats as they are generally stuck on top of the heavier freight so I was just wondering if they get hot enough to warp CDs?...

He only accepts checks made payable to Dr Stanley.

This is all explained in a letter you get confirming the appointment time.
