I think the point most people miss is that it is a "SWIMMING POOL" not a playground or a football pitch!!!

It was very traumatic and I just wish it never happened. I love Esuri and my apartment and would hate to feel I will be uncomfortable because of a few louts.

That's the thing. No one really knows but my suspicion is that one family have a right to be there, either through ownership or rental, and then allow their friends access.
