sorry I must have missed that. We are applying by online and didn't even know you could do it via mail!
I have watched YouTube videos etc and the advice is to proofread a few times...

Sounds perfect to us. We are from the midlands (but originally from london) and we moved to southampton 2 years ago for a quieter pace of life. Really don't like it here but won't list the reasons...
