The SACB applies an official stamp and signature to the scan. You will then get a digital copy of the signed and sealed version for you to print off or send to agent. You will not receive a hard copy...

This fee was specifically for my university. Your university may or may not require this. I was required to fill out a separate form and pay my university a fee for which I provided the reference...
