Get what you’re saying but I didn’t read it like that. Activating it is setting foot not setting down roots. You could take a holiday or do it over a long weekend then you’d have the visa...

I called them up and they told me the 5 year 100 over wrote the 1 year 309.
all I can add is that I was awarded both at the same time.
the call using Skype cost pence and took at most 30...

Yes so my 309 says that but the 100 says 5 years from grant. I checked VEVO and that says 5 years but I’m just going to call them. I’m worried that despite being granted the 309 not being...

Well that was fairly easy. I applied in January and had 309 and then 100 granted simultaneously. For context I've been married for almost 5 years now, and we have a toddler.
About 7 months...
