good read, thank you for sharing. Judging from this article the 2030 deadline seems unlikely to come to fruition. They have downsized the line population from 1million people to 300,000 for 2030.

they normallly give you a link to apply through a portal which then you need to submit documents about yourself and the pre medical questionnaire. Normally you can see the status of your application...

1 Week to 6 months based on posts here. The next step is 'in offer' which is usually when you should be receiving an e-mail with the written offer.

I think at this point in time it is very difficult to move families. They seem to prefer people to move on a single status. Plenty of people have their family either based somewhere else in the Gulf...

I don't think anyone has received an offer directly from NEOM for months. By the sounds of it most are 'Under Offer' waiting on headcounts. Could be accomodation issues.

a lot of people in limbo from what I gather, many people have verbal offers but are waiting to see when they are given a written offer.

Seems NEOM Is prioritising urgent hires.

From what I have read on the forum Under Offer becomes "In Offer" when the letter is about to come.

wow, how much discrepancy was there from your existing salary? Guessing you are Australian. I was always under the impression that managers are on at least 50k SAR a month.
