I'm sure he does. I only signed the deeds a couple of weeks ago, so we're waiting for my name to pop up on the Portuguese Land Registry, which I believe it just has, which is quicker than the UK...

Wouldn't the water tank get cold if its outdoors?

Sounds good. I'm speccing up a new build. Very easy to go gadget crazy. There's a small pool as well to consider. Tbh won't be using it in winter I'd guess. Potentially the villa will be Airbnb'd...
