OK, my final (so I'm told) water survey has been paid for, and I've had my first taste of a request to pay via the err..... entity and reference number thing, followed by a request to send proof to the requestor that its been paid.

As they're the recipient, wouldn't it make more sense for them to check that the entity and reference number payment has been made, rather than rely on a pdf from me. But never mind.

So I'll try and visit mid-Feb and introduce myself to the Expat folks at the location above.
