Off topic, but just confirming your J1 is not subject to Rule 212E, two-year residency requirement? Otherwise you won't be able to adjust without a waiver.

I didn't actually know there was an app! Just downloaded it, and very impressed!

I'm not sure exactly where you mean re showing lower class 2 rates? There is nothing obvious where I can see this....

Ah thanks, I didn't realise they would send a bill each year. If so, that makes life much simpler, and yes, just wait till the bill and send the next day.

19 months after interview seems abnormally high. You might need to consider suing DoS with a Writ of Mandamus to get the case progressing.

My understanding is ESTA expiring Nov 26th 2023, is valid to enter up to and including Nov 26th 2023.
