??? So you've applied for an L1 visa - the interview is usually carried out in your home country. More explanation needed as to what it is you are trying to do.

I'm Indian citizen and needs to extend my L1A visa. so looking to travel for visa interview. my L1A visa is till valid and would be traveling before it gets expired to get the new one.

Then you will need a UK visa to enter the UK. Your current US L1 visa is irrelevant.

You need a visa to enter the UK - how are you planning to travel in a week or two without a visa?
Why do you have to go to the UK for the interview? You are not a citizen of that country and interviews are normally carried out in the applicant's home country.
In your case India.

Hey SiriR, hope you don’t mind me asking, but could I check how long your time frame was from your company submitting the initial petition to your interview date?
