We have two kids as well, currently ages 4 and 11. Yes, we understand that. Ten years is a long time away, and a lot can happen between then and now, so we are not too worried about that right now.

a better life for my kids in the future. I’m not a fan of the UK, government are a nightmare. No help for anyone who actually earns money, more I earn more tax I pay which helps over people leave...

I will take a look at the open work permit, as you say hopefully it does increase to 35 as they will help. My wife is a year older than me by 1 year...

No, I wouldn't need a job offer. I am scoring enough on CRS without one. It says I would qualify for Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program. NOC Code is 22220.
