we also paid for our passport to be returned ….. really left without answers. And not sure who to speak too

wr also applied in the Ottawa office and it’s been a total nightmare !! They vfs did not ask for our passport back in March when it was approved … so the...

hello

we never handed in our passport because we didn’t want to be restricted in case we had to travel - which we did. ( we paid a small fee to hold onto to the passport )

multiple times … I had another response telling me
to wait another 15 days
we have the passport ! We never submitted it

same

first response was wait 10 days … then nothing I contacted again 2 weeks .. they then came back saying they are escalating and now another 15 days . Our lawyer has also been contacting them...

What type of responses are the giving you ? I don’t understand if a decision is made why aren’t they sending it … what is the hold up ? Anybody know any insider details

life has been on hold because of all this . I thought definitely by May we would receive a response

never received anything . On June 25th we were told to wait another 15 days , as they have escalated the matter. Not sure what there is to escalate just send us the decision that has...
