It was completely unexpected, especially as it was only two weeks since we were allocated our Case Officer.

I was informed by my immigration agent that the Form 1022 needs to be completed - even if there are no changes. It also states this on the Form 1022, near the top in small writing.

Yes, I did wonder the same. However, I have been informed that I need to fill out the form stating that no details have changed.

You do need to fill out standard details i.e name, address etc.. ...
