I calculated 100k Sterling extra savings over 3 years, excluding sunk costs (or extra trips to Asia/Australia/NZ for sightseeing). I haven't made up my mind if this meets the "very, very good"...

On our last move, I sent the wife first with the kids and finished packing the house on my own. They only needed to take hand luggage effectively. Easy.

I can't do that here because QP doesn't let...

There's a furniture allowance and a separate relocation allowance (p/ person).

In my last move, 25% of the boxes belonged to the kids. We have a Lego collection worth at least 3k. Ain't buying...

The contract provides school allowances up to four kids.

The car allowance is the same regardless of the number of kids.

I'm hoping the allowances provided in the contract will cover the full costs. The schools I found within the budget have waiting lists.

Company has to pay for schools otherwise I'm not moving from a country with free schooling to one with very expensive ones. After all, we want to earn more money here, not lose a lot.
