I have just called the number on the website of the Berlin Embassy. Strangely it was an English number. Anyway, the guy said that me living in Poland for the last few years should not be a problem...

Thanks guys... Just been on the phone and was told that most applications through Berlin (which is where we would have to apply through) would take about 6 months+ to be processed.

Thanks... How long did your application take? I could not find accurate information for Poland. I found something saying that Poland does not have ETA passports or something therefore processing...
