Victim support did call me whilst I was in town, scheduled from the shop, the lady rebooted my TV so that now works, and has bookedan engineer for next Thursday to fit another antenna for the mobile...

I used the GHIC card, my case handler said it was sufficient, and it is free from you.gov. ............. then sort some cover out when you are here, before your SEF appt, thats what we did and it...
