So the first day you arrive the 180 starts ticking down and in that you are allowed 90 days. So if I wanted to spend the summer here I could come over for a few days at the beginning of January then...

Thats the whole point of catch it in the Summer. They certainly don't want them catching it in the Winter. If you have not been vaccinated or have not had covid in all likelihood you will get covid...
