You can set up a US$ account (as well as CAN$) at EQbank, which is online only. You will get routing number and account number etc from EQ to which funds can be transferred....

I think you may find that mattress sizes vary internationally. We shipped a matress(and bed frame) from Germany but there was about 5cm difference and buying sheets etc for a non-standard Canadian...

Assuming you paid 12 years NI contributions then you would get 12/35 of the uk pension in effect at your pensionable age. Current full pension is about 230 pounds a week.

Presumably you decided to omit that you are a UK citizen so, in effect, you lied. So I would think you may have an issue but would expect you to get your knuckles rapped but you cannot be denied...

From Canada I sent my old UK Passport back using regular Canada Post, not tracked, not signed for but OH not happy I cheaped out! Got there easy enough and processed pretty quickly.
