We moved up in Jan 2022, literally wife received job offer on NYE and we arrived on the 5th

Importing of cars is changing in NZ, so take history with pinch of salt

Be very weary at the moment on parts for service. I just spent over $5k for parts and service

MFC is micro fulfilment center

Auckland has around 250 supermarkets processing a combined 500,000+ households per week
An advanced MFC can process 500,000 to 800,000 orders per week.

Are you referring to FMCG retail? or could you highlight category areas?

AI is starting to replace category work, and the old space management is disappearing with the move to MFC fulfilment

I have too work out a salary to pay myself locally, so working back from a modest lifestyle where we don't have cost of accommodation. No need to make it large as its from my own research company...

My wife is a recent graduate of Auckland University secondary teachers diploma specializing in science (Biology).
With 30 years bench science in Asia/UK/North America.
Her preference is working on...
