I was born in March 1983, and my daughter in 2018. I just missed the cutoff for not needing to send parents birth certificates.

That is really interesting. Having my daughter's, my and my parents original birth certificates should be possible. Has anyone had experience coming in to the UK that way with a one-way flight?

No, no visa necessary. She is an EU national. The issue is that all of the Brexit related allowances seem to require that you are resident in the EU at the moment, which we are not.

Yes, and we have both filed UK tax returns every year we have lived in Canada as we rented out our home while we have been away (accidental landlords!)
