Plan N as plan B seems a long time ago

It seems I started my retirement plan a year too late All my enquiries seem to suggest I am going to have to limit myself to 90 days.
The problem I am having is spending 6 months in each country...

That’s the way I am reading it. Have read somewhere as a UK pensioner I can get an S1 which entitles me to free healthcare, so does that negate the health insurance.
Does it have to be an income...
