I think the preferred means of communication for the ASPC is via email so if you give your email address on the form they will use that as the means to contact you. But actually,. now that I think...

Hi, I would't submit the original of your transcript as the ACS will not return any documentation. Certified copy should do it. (Though you must have several originals, I'm guessing!)
