Just as a PSA in case anyone is struggling to obtain tax transcripts from abroad. In my particular case, I couldn't get transcripts online because the IRS had mangled my UK address in their system...

It seems like if you're DCF, a lot of the instructions don't apply. I don't believe there are Affidavit of Support fees for DCF filters.
