Has there ever been any discussion on forming an owners not for profit cooperation. Might eventually kick start some interest for outside investors to consider CE as a place to setup shop.

I agree with keeping an account open with a small balance. Once closed as a non-resident of the UK (once you move) you cannot open an account there should you need to. I tried to leave my inheritance...
