LOL - just in case someone is considering a temporary tenant, the fact that he watches footie, is tidy, won't be there every other month AND is Irish might sway it!!! What more could a landlord wish...

That would be brilliant thanks. He is house-trained - I've had him a long time (we have 3 boys). He's very easy going, watches football, hits a few golf balls, the usual....
