One alternative which may help you out is-can you get an EU passport through descent? This usually goes back to grandparents and as long as you are married then only one is OKay as the other spouse...

No-you cannot do that The "basic long stay visa" does NOT allow you to work .The rest of the sentence is not an option either I do not think that you understand the visa system for moving to France....
