During our 1st appointment (13 months after original online request), they took copies of everything and a month later sent the email with a further list of "to do's".

insured with Ibex - very helpful lady dealt with it - Jenny. If her service is representative of they way they deal with claims then should be ok.

Had a feeling that would be the situation.
Have to drive as Mrs will be after surgery and can't fly for 6 weeks.
