Have to agree, lower North Shore is very nice. I live in Neutral Bay and yes it is expensive. But its easy to get to the CBD and has Bus/Ferry/Train connections. There's loads of places for cheap...

Hi Juanita, yes you need to have medical insurance as a condition of your 457 visa and its expensive. I'm paying around $200 a month for me and my wife and all that covers is emergency stuff,...

I think it is already installed. I've got this rectangular plate similar to te terrestrial TV plug outlet next to the terrestrial TV plug outlet. On the plate is printed Telstra.
