1. Make sure the surgery don't put a value on the paperwork- customs will charge you tax on the value...

Sorry to harp on about the physical- it is both legs lifted together or one at a time.Should they be out dead straight and level with your hips ie. as though you are lying flat on a bed....

The ANMC require information regarding the content of your course when you trained. The organisation you trained with should be able to provide this in the form of a transcript....
