We had our interview 27th February, my husband had a conviction from 25 years ago. He had already applied for a waiver a year ago for a B1 visa that took 9 months to be issued.

Just an update from me. We received the email asking us to take our passports to the embassy for visa stamping. We were given the 221g at our interview and it stated that most cases are resolved...

Yes this is our situation, the US depots are not running well so he will be there to manage all the sites in person rather than consulting over the phone.

We will look to spend around 3-4K a month and will need a 4 bedroom house as we have 4 kids. Salary is not set as it’s my husbands own business so he takes what we need rather than a set amount.
