Another thing to consider is if you become a US citizen, you will have to file a US tax return every year and pay taxes to the US, even if you spend zero days there.

Never accept payment via paypal unless you trust the person 100%.

All they have to do is phone/email/contact paypal, claim the goods never arrived/are damaged/whatever other bs they are trying to...

You cannot travel to Portugal and get cititzenship in 10 days. You sorta need that before getting a passport/id card.

IIRC, even if you do it in Portugal, the documentation is sent back to the consulate/embassy nearest to where you live and processed there.
