So if you go to Canada and return within 29 days the h1b approval is good enough to get back into USA no stamp is necessary

UI ANSWERS

If you are a Canadian Resident and lost your job in US with no fault of yours go tot your local US state Employment Agency and register there for UI benefits

THEN go back home to Canada and call...
