Are the two health certificates you mention The USDA ones that need to be endorsed within 10 days of arrival ?

If all your money and investments back in UK you could consider giving up Dual citizenship which also removes need to file a yearly USA tax return as a citizen ? Obviously if you are receiving...

I understand have to be in country within 6 months and last for 12 months after

"we" have enough liquid assets from house sale and savings in various accounts to be well over the assets requirement, in fact one bank account covers the required sum....

There in my name , if they were in both names they wouldnt be in the section where include applying applicant section.

If that was an issue then there wouldnt be different sections.

If granted IR1 Visa, my intention would be to activate the Visa by entering at a port of entry ie Airport, stay for a few days to sort out bank accounts etc then leave to go
back to UK for a few...

streamlined procedure is easy enough if she can sign to say didnt fail to submit for naughty reasons :) , but did so for not realising.
Have to submit 3 years returns, she has over 100k foreign...

Yes im aware that the Visa is 6 months from the medical, was planning on doing medical end of this year then schedule interview in January as away in USA over Xmas.

I apologise, I must be confusing you with someone else, who got petition agreed few days after ours. I can say that when i returned my RFE they agreed the petition same day it was received, so good...

Have you got your LND reference yet ? think your petition was agreed shortly after ours, were still waiting , being impatient ..lol
