We have made the decision to make a very quick visit open a bank account and pay the bill , its not without pronlems as i`ve said with regards to school holidays but thats the solution we have gone...

APA is in Lisbon i have the address although i have to say i have`nt sent a letter for a few years let alone a cheque inside, it may well work though .
